We offer one-on-one mentoring programs that are tailored to the unique needs and interests of the individual.

We also offer specialised Pastoral support to schools to help improve behaviour, through building relationships and raising students expectations for themselves.

Whilst we do offer group sessions as it can be beneficial for some of our mentees, it can sometimes leave people behind, often these are the people that would benefit most from 1-1 mentoring

This is why we developed our 1-1 mentoring program, we take the time to get to know each mentee and create a customised program that addresses their specific needs and challenges.

This approach ensures that every mentee receives the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential. However, we don't just provide mentorship programs , we also prioritise building strong relationships between mentors and mentees.
By fostering a sense of trust and understanding, we endeavour to create an environment where young people can feel comfortable exploring their interests, expressing their emotions, and working through their challenges.
